About Me
Life can get difficult, and sometimes a little help from a psychologist can make things better. I care about your well-being and provide you all the tools you need to build from your own resilience.

I received my doctorate in Clinical Developmental Psychology from Bryn Mawr College, completed my APA-approved internship at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts Mental Health Center and fulfilled my post-doctoral fellowship at Massachusetts Mental Health Center's Dialectical Behavioral Therapy program. I have over 15 years of clinical experience and currently also work with a first episode psychosis program with the Department of Mental Health. I have experience working in community mental health centers, in school settings, and at Villanova University's counseling center.

I treat a range of presenting concerns, including relationship stress, life transitions, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and trauma. I have experience in college mental health, early intervention in mental illness, and family therapy. I have a special interest in issues of diversity and inclusion, and exploring an individual’s unique relationship to a variety of their own personal intersecting identities.
